When a name reflects a new identity
We quickly realise that, to compete in the DACH and Balkan markets, the name ‘Camera di Compensazione’ (whilst remaining our established Italian company name) is too locally specific. We need to speak the language of the major European financial hubs.
Thus, Nexyzen (www.nexyzen.com) was officially launched, positioned internationally as ‘The Multilateral Netting Engine for B2B Liquidity’. A name that evokes connection, innovation and financial synthesis.
But the rebranding is not merely cosmetic. To support the acceleration of our institutional relationships, we have formalised the technical specifications of our engine. We define Nexyzen not simply as software, but as a Deep Tech solution based on Graph Theory, capable of solving a complex computational problem (NP-complete) to identify and close multilateral debt cycles without any cash outlay.
The transformation is complete. We are no longer a factoring company; we do not increase companies’ debt. We are the first Multilateral Netting Engine that cleans up company balance sheets by eliminating circular chains of financial imbalances. The brand is changing, but our DNA remains the same: a family-run software house founded to breathe new life into SMEs.
