The latest update comes straight from an enthusiastic email from Urška. Thanks to her 12 years of collaboration with the founders of Fil Rouge Capital (FRC) – with whom she co-founded an accelerator in 2015 – she has secured us a priority pitch slot.
The format is ruthless: a total of just 10 minutes, comprising a 3-minute, razor-sharp pitch and 7 minutes of Q&A in front of the fund’s partners and a select audience of business angels.
Three minutes to condense years of work, a complex algorithm, an international rebranding and a vision that spans banks and industries. We’ll be using the Week6 Weekly Pitch Template_Nexyzen slide deck to distil our value proposition into a neat 180 seconds.
It’s a great opportunity, but also a real test. We must demonstrate that our technology has made its way onto the desks of European decision-makers and that we’re ready to scale up.
But we’re ready. Banking DNA meets graph technology. Strategic vision merges with technical solidity. And our family story, which began years ago in Sicily, is now ready to conquer Europe.

Our story with Hummelnest proves that innovation knows no bounds. From a Sicilian software house to a multilateral netting engine that is attracting the attention of Europe’s leading banks and investment funds.
Less than 35 per cent of invoices in Europe are paid on time. The traditional response has always been ‘take out a loan’. Our solution is structural: we coordinate existing cash flows, cancelling out mutual debt.
With the support of Urška Jež and the entire Hummelnest team, we’ve turned an idea into a reality that’s now being discussed by decision-makers at UniCredit, Raiffeisen, RUJ VC and Fil Rouge Capital.
